Yogi Bhajan 的 Yogi Tea 瑜珈茶
成份:
* 2公升水
* 15個丁香
* 20黑胡椒子
* 3支肉桂
* 20 個小豆蔻(先打開小豆蔻)
* 8 片新鮮生薑 (0.5 CM 厚,去皮)
* 1 包紅茶袋
* 乳品或豆奶和蜂蜜或楓糖漿或黑糖來調味
把2公升水燒開,放入丁香煮一分鐘。
放入小豆蔻, 黑胡椒子 ,肉桂,生薑, 加蓋沸騰煮30分鐘。
關小火煮 2-3小時。
把火關掉,放入紅茶包。
等茶涼後用網狀過濾。
放在冰箱保存。
想喝一杯的時候,以個人口味,加熱和放入豆奶和蜂蜜。
瑜珈茶有維護和強化 肝,脾,腎,大腸,神經系統以及腦的功能。這是一個養身的咖啡替代品。
Ingredients:
- 2 quarts water
- 15 whole cloves
- 20 black peppercorns
- 3 sticks of cinnamon
- 20 whole cardmon pods (split the pods first)
- 8 fresh ginger slices (1/4″ thick, no need to peel)
- 1/2 teaspoon regular or decaf black tea leaves (approximately 1 tea bag)
- Dairy or soy milk and honey or maple syrup to taste
Preparation:
Bring two quarts of water to a boil. Add cloves and boil one minute. Add cardamom, peppercorns, cinnamon, and ginger. Cover and boil for 30 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for two to three hours. Remove from heat, add black tea, and let cool. Strain and store in the refrigerator. Reheat when you want a cup and add milk and honey to taste.
Yogi Tea is said to help support the function of the liver, spleen,
kidneys, large intestines, nervous system and brain. It is a great
replacement for coffee.
